Unfortunately, we have been made aware that a website with a similar name to ours has been taking payments from customers without supplying any goods. We would like to clarify that we are a completely separate company and have no affiliation with this website.
After you place your order with us, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll get a shipment confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey with Evri. Please use your tracking number to see if your parcel has been delivered and if it has been left in a safe place Parcel Tracking UK | Track My Parcel | Evri.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at enquiries@vitawellvitamins.com. If the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. For all returns and refund details, please review our delivery and returns policy.
Good news! Many of our products are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. We’ve even updated most of our gummies to use fruit pectin instead of gelatine. That said, a few items with Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) made from lanolin (sheep’s wool) are not vegan-friendly. Always check the label or reach out – we’re happy to help!
Many of our supplements are suitable for individuals with diabetes, but it’s always a good idea to double-check the ingredients.
